hi, im Liana

I’m a Body Inclusive Dietitian, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Meditation Teacher in training and Plant Collector - it may as well be an official career title.

I’m also a human…

…and one of the reasons I am so passionate about the work that I do is because I’ve been there. I stopped nourishing my body adequately to cope with some hard things in life. I sought after ‘perfect’, hoping it would somehow fix things for myself and those around me. And for a while, it worked.

Until it didn’t.

What really happened was that I missed out on many moments and memories, because my mind became hijacked by worries about food, weight and how I looked. I felt stuck there for a while until an inner voice whispered…

“what if there is more to life than this?”

If you’re asking yourself the same thing, let me tell you, there is.

More than a decade (and lots of truly living) later

I started my career with the mission to help others nourish their body freely and fully, so that they can start living the life they suspect is waiting for them.

Over the years I’ve worked in a number of specialist private and public services doing just that, before opening my online practice where I now work virtually with fellow humans in Australia and around the globe.

  • My experience helping people overcome eating and body concerns has been diverse; I’ve worked with mums, dads, teens, university students, working professionals and athletes to name a few.

I’m grateful to have encountered these humans in various settings such as 1:1 consults, inpatient admissions, and day programs.

  • What really lights me up is working with conscious women of all ages who are ready to reconnect with their body, refresh their mind and ultimately reclaim their life - so that they too, can start living their fullest, renourished life.

  • When I’m not in my virtual clinic, you’ll find me tending to my excessive plant collection, refining my amateur painting skills, practising meditation or reading a thought-provoking book on the beach!

I truly can’t wait to get to know you!
